I don't have any pictures of the snow Christmas morning, but it was a big deal here! We were suppose to go to Arco for Christmas-but after looking at the weather report earlier in the week, we convinced (without to much trouble) mom and Ray to come here. They got here Christmas Eve and stayed. It was a huge change of plan for us and I was scrambling to be "company" ready instead of just "Christmas" ready. It was great to have them, and a good decision because the roads to Arco were closed Christmas day so we couldn't have gotten there.
Christmas morning at 6:30, we got a call -it was Ashton, and he was stuck trying to get to our house. Brett and grandpa Ray headed out to go rescue him. They had to drive into Idaho Falls, and back around to Shelley to get to him, and by the time they got there, he had got himself out. In the mean time, Kaylee was going crazy, because we couldn't look at or open any presents until they got back!!
It was a wonderful day-everyone managed to make it here and we had a really nice dinner. Christmas is a wonderful time of the year, I love all of it-even the snow. But mostly of course, just having my family together. Great grandma and Lacie with the baby buggy that great-grandma (or as Lacie calls her "big" grandma-me being little grandma!) got her! And the new dress that we got her on!

Wow Cristy! I'm soooo jealous of the snow you guys got for Christmas! We typically don't get much up here in the Big Horn Basin...go figure! Looks like you guys had a great Christmas! It's fun to see occasional pictures of Fawn. I haven't seen her for years. Be sure to tell her hi from me.
